  This was my first massage at Sunshine Health Massage.  I would like personally thank Mei for a fantastic massage.  I have received hundreds of massages as an athlete and can say with absolute certainty that Mei provided the very best massage.  I usually have to ask for more pressure, however, that was not the case with Mei.  Mei is extremely talented at her profession.  In addition to this, she is very kind.  I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars because I was so impressed.  I will most definitely be a customer in the future.  Thanks again, the overall experience was extremely impressive.

For your precious money, I do not know how this place charges only $55 for a massage. The Owner's wife, Mei, A Bodhisattva, A Chinese Doctor, or A REAL Massage therapist, however you'd like to describe, her hands are something that only angels would be able to possess. I cannot believe this type of massage exists in Illinois. My first massage here felt like something from Ancient times that only sages would receive. You better book a appointment because this quality does not exists anywhere else! this Massage feels like it's double the price and 3x the value. Way to Go Sunshine Health Massage, way to set the new standard. Not to mention, the windows are so clean and beautiful, you can only imagine how clean the rest of the spa is!

I get regular massages to manage chronic pain and illness and had been several places for massage since moving to the area.  I was so pleased to discover this place.  Finally I could get the hard pressure I needed with Mei's excellent massage.  The staff is friendly and accommodating and they also offer an infrared sauna in a private area which is a huge bonus for me.

Spotless, personalized, very attentive to detail and absolutely no rush. I got my full 90 minutes - maybe a little more - as promised and Mei was a master at what she does. This is a REAL Chinese massage, not what you're used to at Massage Envy.

BEST MASSAGE EVER!!!

My wife and I both had 60 minute massages and we were VERY impressed!
Mei is very strong, so don't expect a light massage! 
She was very good at releasing tension in my shoulder, neck, and lower back!
We can't wait for our next appointments!

I just went here last week. I've been having a problem with my back for a while now. So I visited this spa. My one hour massage actually lasted almost 70 minutes. My therapist was "Mei". She's a small woman, but very strong. Very friendly, helpful and really cared about my well-being. The massage pressure was quite firm and she knew exactly where my pressure points were. They use Chinese massage techniques. Nice music. Very relaxing. And my back is much better now.

Excellent place! I was pretty stressed prior to the massage and boy my muscles were relaxed after.

i have been to many different massage therapists over the years to take care of my chronic bad back. During all those visits I have been for the most part getting my pain relieved. Stopped into this place b cause it is close to work and it just opened. Sure glad I did. Mei welcomed me and mad me feel like a welcomed guest right away. We talked about my issues and decided on deep tissue massage for an hour. She has great technique using her whole body to leverage pressure to my back. She found the source of my pain almost immediately and zeroed in on it. Within minutes I felt 100% better. The rest of the massage was so relaxing I fell asleep at one point. I felt completely rejuvenated afterwards. This woman knows what she is doing. i found my new place, I will return again and again. Very affordable too.​

This little 5 foot tall Chinese grandmother can kick your a..ss and make you feel you are being massaged by a sumo wrestler. She just started her business but already has a large number of fans. There were 3 people waiting in line when I got done. She asks if you want soft medium or hard and I went for hard and she delivered. All I have to say is for $49.00 for an hour massage this is the place to go. She is soon to get in a male massuse and some help because she will need it. She is incredible.

I'm an older guy, so in the mornings, almost everything hurts, and I am almost never able to sleep without waking several times during the night.  I do try to keep myself in pretty good shape, for being over 70, so I usually feel OK during the day.  But, I've found that Asian therapeutic massage can really help with those times when I overexert myself, or do too much driving in traffic.

My therapist, Mei, had most of her training in China and is really good -- she was able to zero in very quickly to work those areas in my shoulders, neck, and lower back that had been bothering me for some time.  She is, physically, very small in stature, but amazingly strong when she needs to be to work out the 'kinks', or tightness, or whatever the technical terms are, in my muscles.  But she is very sensitive to what she is doing, and careful to not over do it and cause a lot of pain.

I have been sleeping somewhat better of late, and I will be returning.  Thanks, Mei!

Mei is one of the best massage therapists I have ever seen! She knows how to help get rid of stress and pain. She is very friendly and patient, and also provides a lot of good tips for healthy life!
